I can see why Enclave is only 60% full if that. I had a viewing and first I was told the studio flat was £1454, then spoke to a lady just before my viewing and was told it was £1570 ....came and saw the building. There are plenty of perks but the studio was small. I was then informed that the price of the room I saw was actually £1663....and sent a virtual tour of another room at £1570. Asked on reception this morning the price of a studio, as it was recently £1400/ month bills inclusive on a 12 month deal. Was told there's now a "new" deal, at £1533 a month. Booked a viewing this afternoon, turned up and the price has magically gone up to £1650! This was after Sara had to "check" the price as she said it "changes every day" .
