Professional cowboys, called a week ago and enquired online to view an apartment. Lady on the phone mentions that the staff dealing with the apartment will be back next week for viewing updates. Contacted them a week later as told and been informed viewings already happened with an offer made. I did question this and the man on the phone started to stutter. Thanks for your professionalism.
I have no hesitation in recommending Encasa. I have used them to manage a rental property and now to sell that house. They have provided excellent service throughout and nothing was ever too much trouble. They have excellent local knowledge and a network of local tradespeople who quickly resolved any issues that we had while renting the house. They are, by some distance, the best estate agents that I have had dealings with.
