Brilliant service throughout the process, very quick and simple and from start to finish, it was very easy, and the online journal helped a lot. Thankyou for everything.
We recently used Enact for a remortgage and were very impressed with the service. The online portal made it easy to track the process and understand what needed to be prioritised, which was especially helpful given the number of documents involved. The team were quick to respond by phone, and any questions we had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. I would happily use them again in the future and recommend them to others.
Poor communication and very, very slow service. Took weeks to process a simple remortgage application. There was an issue with the property title and there was no clear communication. Just a email to say there is an update on your file. When we logged in it didn't say what action we could have taken. Our fixed term expired at we ended up on variable.
