Despite not actually having used EMW in the end I think they deserve 5 stars for the contact I did have. I was very confused about what was required of me during a remortgage, but speaking to Hollie was actually more useful than any contact I had previously had with any other firms involved in the process. She explained everything in a way I could actually understand, and it was clear that there were no obligations and that EMW was not going to take advantage. :)
