Had a emu classic bought for me for Christmas with in 6 months the plastic part that connects to battery has broken off I’m told it’s not covered on warranty so £1200 bike sits in shed not been used as oap I cannot afford a new battery be very careful when buying one of emu bikes 😢😡
Great bike 20 month's in 3600 miles and going well,new brake pads and a new chain . Had to upgrade the tryes after a couple of punctures early on and a new rear light as the wires broke. However with stand,mud guards, and rear rack very good value. So good my wife has one now.Thanks Emu.
We damaged the rear light assembly on my wife's Emu bike. I contacted Emu and they responded immediately by offering to send free of charge a replacement wiring kit. My wife loves her Emu bike and also we are impressed with the quick response. Well done Emu Team.
The best of electric bikes. I've owned two of these (having sold on my first for an excellent price after 2 years). I commute using this every day and I absolutely love it. Super reliable and has made my daily commute truly a joyous experience. Wonderful bike. Great company with real integrity. Couldn't recommend more.
Purchased one EMU bike on line and assembly was relatively easy but required a call to EMU to finalise the handlebar settings. Wa s o please with the bike purchased a second for my wife - however there were several problems when trying to assemble the bike and EMU immediately determined the fault and arranged for the bike to be collected free of charge.
