I visited Empress Piercing in Cwmbrân and was taken care of by Tom. This was my second nose piercing, after a very painful/traumatic failed attempt a few years ago at a different studio. Tom immediately put me at ease with his professionalism, his friendly attitude and general 'bed-side manner'!
