I contacted the company before placing my order to confirm a few details about a product, and they were quick to respond, which I appreciated. The delivery itself was also prompt. However, the packaging was extremely poor. They placed two glass items side by side, wrapped only in thin kraft paper with no proper protection in between. It's online only. I drove all the way from Woodley to find out at the door. They did receive us at the door but would be good to make clear that is actually not a fisical shop.
It's the best Brazilian shop! I have been buying online for a while, and the groceries are fresh, very well packed and fast delivered! I am so glad that I can have green and fresh herb 'Erva Mate' to make my tea, a nice chimarrão! Many thanks!
