I just moved into a new Apartment that didn’t have any shades on any of the windows, and I was shocked. My agent and I had to think fast. My agent found Eli from Empire Window Treatment, and we asked to make the shades in two days, and viola IT HAPPENED! Eli was amazing to deal with; competent, and easy to talk to.
