Incredibly aggressive woman called Gloria keeps phoning me at home during quarantine demanding to be transferred. She called me 5 times last Thursday and 3 times already today. We will never do business with you because of this.

Totally would recommend Empire! Ed Earnest came to our cottage to give us an estimate. He was so friendly and professional. He gave us a concise written estimate. He moved up our roofing project by 2 months! The roofing crew were so great- nice, friendly and very competent. They did a fabulous job!
I don’t recommend empire contractors at all. 2018 my roof was damaged - they wouldn’t put me on their schedule until I paid a deposit, which was fine. However, after they took my deposit they said they couldn’t complete my roof until 2019. We signed a contract that says my roof was to be started no later than April 15. Here we are it’s almost May and still no roof. Now the owner is canceling the job completely. Needless to say I don’t think highly of the owner or his business practices. Empire did a great job on the roof for our summer home! They were quick, and did fantastic work. They cleaned up with a magnet on wheels and found a piece of a dog crate we lost in the grass. Andy is honest and down to earth, a great guy to work with.
