The experience was excellent. Chris and Arsen were helpful and easy to work with. No pressure sales and the process was seamless. Once we decided we wanted the car, they took it off the market and gave us opportunity to get better financing. The car had a couple small up issues that resolved when we came to pick the car. I would recommend Empire
Did not end up purchasing but the dealership did respond quickly to my inquiry and was willing to work with me.
They were great communicators. Back and forth a few times about a car, and then let us know it was sold before we made the trip to test drive it. Thankful for that.

The tpms wasn’t working properly and he didn’t tell me. I called him about the problem the next I bought the car. He talked trashes to me. He is not a good dealer for cars
