I CONTACTED Them. They made the process impossible: they wanted me to leave a check "which would be returned" if I decided not to buy, or applied to the purchase if I did. I did NOT sign anything, much less a contract! I was stupid to fall for their trick. And of course they DEPOSITED THE CHECK when I declined the purchase. I called and had to argue. Everyone please disregard this review, it is so ridiculous and untrue. First, we do not trick anyone or force anyone to give us a deposit. Mr. Richard came test drove the car loved is and gave us a deposit to hold the car, We have 2 different signs in our office stating that deposits to hold cars are not refundable, furthermore, he sign none refundable disclosure. Ended up purchasing vehicle. Worked with Chris. He has really been great about making me a happy customer; installed new tires, fixed minor oil leak, and some cosmetic repairs.
