Chris was very helpful and fair with his pricing. He had the car ready to test drive. Not pushy at all.
Overall the experience was a good one. We worked with Felix. There was a minor problem with the car. Felix made sure that the repair was done correctly. Oh, by the way, there was a bad review which I read before approaching this deal. While I cannot address the overall complaint, I can tell you that there is, in fact, a sign on the wall stating that deposits are NOT refunded. Made a deal but the dealer but the dealer never followed up and sold before I could get there on the agreed upon date with cash
I CONTACTED Them. They made the process impossible: they wanted me to leave a check "which would be returned" if I decided not to buy, or applied to the purchase if I did. I did NOT sign anything, much less a contract! I was stupid to fall for their trick. And of course they DEPOSITED THE CHECK when I declined the purchase. I called and had to argue. Everyone please disregard this review, it is so ridiculous and untrue. First, we do not trick anyone or force anyone to give us a deposit. Mr. Richard came test drove the car loved is and gave us a deposit to hold the car, We have 2 different signs in our office stating that deposits to hold cars are not refundable, furthermore, he sign none refundable disclosure.
