Dealership seemed very nice and helpful. Didn’t get to see the Lincoln I inquired about because I had purchased a vehicle prior to them contacting me. Owner was going to give me a great deal however.
Truck was in good condition on the sides and top. Undercarriage was rotten to the core. When I inspected the truck for my mother in law, they had installed HDPE form fitted plastic over the rust in the door jams and cab corners. When I called them on the rust they said "rust, where?" When I explained that the rust was hidden under the plastic the former owner installed they told us "goodbye then." 100% confident that they installed the plastic and were looking for a sucker. When I first inquirred about the car the price was $8,999. As soon as they realized I was seriously interested they jacked the price up $1,000 to $9,999.

Very helpful answering my questions and providing video of the vehicle but being from Delaware there is certain ways of registering a car and I don't think that the salesperson wanted to deal with all the red tape
Horrible experience. AVOID these people at all costs. Chris describes himself as an honest guy, my car had steam pouring out of hood, overheated, check engine lights on within 1hour of purchase. Tried very kindly to cancel deal but Chris threatened that I would face grand theft auto charges if I didn’t take car. Chaotic office in tight industrial park. Door handle jammed and partially fell off when I tried to get belongings from trunk. Said because I came so far I could try car for 2 days and return if it wasn’t as in”perfec... read more
