I bought a Bailey Ranger 460/4 used caravan from Emotion Campers. Both Alex and his father have been very helpful with nothing being too much trouble. We had a issue with the caravan whilst on holiday. We described the issue that we had on our first trip out, Alex asked us to drop the caravan off after our holiday, we did this and the issue was resolved to our satisfaction.
