Awful. You'd think they'd have some idea on how to discharge people. This is not the first time I have sat HOURS AND HOURS after they said we'd be ready for discharge. But this is the worse. Told me not even to park, but she'd be ready. Sure, lol. Completely unprofessional Have no idea what they're doing.
RecommendedThey were right on my staff infection that could have taken my life. The nurses and staff on the 3rd floor were AMAZING and I miss them already. This is what a hospital should be. God bless them all.
