We wanted to donate a brand new Nick Scali electric reclining armchair, never been sat on, fire labels and fabric care products, all present. Gave all details in person, in the shop, showed photos arranged a date for pick up. The guys arrive and am told that ‘it’s electric, it’s no good to us, it might not be working, gonna have to call the manager!’ We showed them how it was working. ‘Manager said no!’ So they left without the chair. What is the actual point in having opening times if they’re never adhered to? Twice now I’ve been to both stores during “opening hours” only to find to find them closed. Absolute shambles.
