Sara and the team were wonderful, checked the house and then booked in easily and cleared the house in one day. The house clearance was due to a death and they were very kind. Did a great job, would highly recommend.
Very helpful staff. Prices are reasonable and the range of furniture changes depending on the donations. So if you see something you want buy you may want to buy it, as it may not be there the next time you go in. We arranged a delivery and this was reasonably priced for the items we bought. The delivery guys were great, very helpful. We got the delivery date we wanted, which was great. Will be buying from them again. Friday 1st May 2026 Sarah and her team from Emmaus St Albans came to do a full clearance on my Nans property following her passing. From first phone call to end of clearance Sarah and her team were compassionate, respectful and professional. Even on the day when we added extra unplanned carpet removal they under took the task with no hesitation.
