Extremely unhelpful and will definitely try to keep your deposit so make sure to take plenty of photos when move in but best to just avoid altogether. Emma is like big child, rude and entitled.
I had a really disappointing experience , primarily due to the rude customer service I received from Emma. From the very beginning, it felt like she couldn’t wait to get me off the phone, which left me feeling depleted and frustrated after our conversations. Her responses were vague and unhelpful. The best agents I've had to date. I've a lot of bad ones, but Emma's was the first group that showed me that renting doesn't have to unpleasent. They were responsive, understanding and gave all the effort I needed. No fuss over the deposit, no fuss over our requests. Just actually great service. Thanks Emma for my time at the Heath Road property, wish I could of stayed longer!

My family has been left without heating for nearly a month now!!! No remorse or help! Just left to freeze in this cold weather! Would not recommend this Agency to no one!! Please stay away!
