Ordered some flowers as a gift and had no clue where to start. However, upon speaking to Emma that changed very quickly as she advised and explained everything perfectly, helped me so much. The delivery was spot on also, the fella delivered with a smile and was really pleasant adding to the overall experience. As a kind gesture, I was also included some free chocolates which was brilliant. Thank you Emma Lou Florists, absolutely bangin service! Good job guys 👏

Ordered some flowers for my girlfriend! Arrangement was beautiful and customer service was incredible. One of the best florists I've seen and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I was honestly so impressed with this florist. I contacted Emma Lou to send an arrangement to my parents for their diamond wedding anniversary. The reason I chose her out of all the countless other florists that came up in the search was because her arrangements were far more original and beautiful than all the others. Lovely florist and friendly service. I was looking at multiple florists in the area and Emma Lou seemed the friendliest and the website is very easy to use. Although she did say I could also order over the phone, which is good to know if you would rather do it that way. :-) It’s a lovely bouquet and my Nan was really pleased— she also said the lady who delivered was very kind. Would definitely order from here again.
