I have been to Emma for both normal and facial reflexology. Both are absolutely amazing. Emma is extremely professional and highly skilled.
Having been experiencing insomnia, I decided to try foot reflexology. I must admit to being somewhat skeptical as to the benefits, however, I found my daily therapy sessions wonderfully relaxing. The benefits were long lasting and definitely helped improve my sleep in the short term. Emma is a very professional and skilled reflexologist with a natural calming influence and I would strongly recommend her sessions.
If I could give more stars I would! Emma is fab, I took my daughter for some reflexology to target neck pain & stress, the environment is lovely (doesn't feel awkward as is could do being in someone's home). Emma always takes the time to see how you have been and get to know you, making you feel at ease, I can't recommend her enough!!!
I have had a few different treatments from Emma now and I can’t recommend her highly enough. It has been such a peaceful and relaxing experience every time. The reflexology really helped during my pregnancy and since having my baby it has been the perfect excuse to have some me time!
Emma is fabulous. I look forward to my Thursday evening treat of reflexology and really feeling the benefits
