Fantastic service. We can't thank Emma enough for her time, patience and knowledge. We went to see Emma with no clue on mortgages or what we needed to do. Emma, took all our details and just asked us for simple things, like ID/Payslips. Emma stayed in contact throughout the process and made sure we understood all documentation before agreeing and signing it. Emma even did research on solicitors, Life insurance and home insurance and sent up the best quotes. Our mortgage journey was stress free and easy. Highly recommend
efficient and friendly, made a painful experience more tolerable. edit - some time later - that review was done after having worked with Emma for a week or so. now, after working with her for over a month, that review did not do her justice. patient, understanding and phenomenally efficient, emma has fought my corner like a champ and weathered my ignorance, anxiety and incessant pestering masterfully. i cannot recommend her more highly - i have no idea what i would have done these last few weeks without her on my side.
