I have been having reflexology sessions with Emma for just under a year She is very knowledgeable abd helpful. She tailors each session to your individual needs and always makes you feel very relaxed and at your ease. She has recommended reading materials and recipes which have helped me to control my medical conditions. I would definitely recommend Emma as a reflexologist as she helps me to deal with anxiety and stress, a nd leaves me feeling calm, positive, happy and healthy after each session.
I had sessions with Emma throughout my pregnancy. It was amazing! Emma made me feel extremely comfortable (not always easy during the last trimester!) and very relaxed. It helped with my HG, sleep and general aches and pains that came with pregnancy ! I looked forward to every session.
Emma is amazing! I was a little skeptical about reflexology but my wife encouraged me to give it try after I was suffering with various health issues and general low energy / mood.
