A handheld bouquet with exotic flowers were ordered - local florist so £55 in total was charged. What arrived eventually was a sad bunch of flowers with gladiola and other cheap flowers - 1 orchid. Some of the flowers were dead. I was told that they had tried to deliver on Sunday but no-one was home so they tried next door but were refused. They didn't - we live on odd numbers side and the even number they quoted is about 200 yards away which is not next door.
