Owner/letting agent in property above allowed a leak from a property with newly arrived tenants, to become a downpour, running down electrics, over 6 days, refusing to turn off the stopcock even when leak was proven to be from upstairs (or ideally having a quality plumber like Zac, come and fix the fault immediately). I had to prove the water flooding through the ceiling was from the property above even though our installers, from a couple of years ago, kindly confirmed where the pipes were. Zac is incredibly reliable and responsive - crucial for the recent leak we had! Whilst he was here, we asked Zac to look at a number of other issues we’ve had. He efficiently helped to find solutions and explained exactly what he was doing. For example, replacing the filter on our hot tap - he showed me how to do this so I can do this next time on my own. The most reliable plumber in NW London and Herts!
