The garden tap started leaking badly and wouldn’t shut off completely. The plumber replaced the valve and made sure the pipe inside the wall was solid too. He worked fast and left no trace behind. It’s been working perfectly ever since.

The pressure in our shower suddenly dropped to almost nothing. I called not knowing what to expect, but the plumber showed up prepared and found a clog in the cartridge. Called in August 2022 and paid £215 for a repaur to a leak on a toilet pipe. Caused damage to the ceiling below which needed replacing, although the original leak meant this may heve been required anyway. Left with a pipe that was still leaking with a flexi hose that was kinked and pipe had been torn away from the wall. Had to contact and get the plumber out a couple of other times, neither time fixing the leak and eventually being told I'd be charged again for wasting their time if I called out again.
