The garden tap started leaking badly and wouldn’t shut off completely. The plumber replaced the valve and made sure the pipe inside the wall was solid too. He worked fast and left no trace behind. It’s been working perfectly ever since.

The pressure in our shower suddenly dropped to almost nothing. I called not knowing what to expect, but the plumber showed up prepared and found a clog in the cartridge. It was fixed on the first visit, and he didn’t try to push a full replacement. Straightforward and honest service, which is all I was hoping for.

Called in August 2022 and paid £215 for a repaur to a leak on a toilet pipe. Caused damage to the ceiling below which needed replacing, although the original leak meant this may heve been required anyway. Left with a pipe that was still leaking with a flexi hose that was kinked and pipe had been torn away from the wall. Had to contact and get the plumber out a couple of other times, neither time fixing the leak and eventually being told I'd be charged again for wasting their time if I called out again. Avoid like the plague! Contacted at 10am to be told someone would be with me by 5. Tried to contact again and no answer on the number listed on the website. It took 10 more attempts before they finally answered at 4 to say the job had been cancelled. This was all after £220 was taken from my account which is apparently non refundable. Not happy that I now have to wait for a refund or worse still, a chargeback from my bank. After doing my research, this company aren’t even listed on checkatrade or on the gas safe register.

Great company and if you need a emergency plumber to sort anything out at your house then i would give these guys a chance called them to look at my mums leaking boiler and they had fixed in same visit to the agreed rate. Top job.
