Asked them to send me a VAT receipt at the point of order. Sales person of course said no problem. Didn’t arrive. Emailed asking for one. No response. Seems like there is zero interest after they have your money
DO NOT PAY THESE GUYS OVER THE PHONE. DO NOT USE IN GENERAL. Awful experience - they charge you over the phone without telling you it is non-refundable. Then they send the terms and conditions afterwards. Use credit card only and use chargeback against these cowboys. I had to cancel after 5 mins and they still stole £300 from my account. Trading standards have been contacted too. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Please avoid using this company. I strongly recommend finding a local plumber directly instead. The hourly rate charged here is extremely high compared to normal prices. had to pay £200 upfront. I sent detailed photos of the issue beforehand, and the adviser assured me the job would take no more than one to two hours.
