Took my cat Juggernaut in to be looked at very nice people I would recommend going there again
Reception Staff were not warm or welcoming. Everyone else was wonderful and kind and caring. Options were provided. Care was excellent.
The staff was professional and caring. They took care of business quickly but kept us informed all the way. All options were explained in detail and they happily answered questions.
My German shepherd puppy swallowed bits of a nylabone and our family vet told us it needed surgery right away and sent us to this clinic and I was scared to death! Everyone was so sweet and compassionate with us and calmed our fears pretty quickly. They gave us 3 game plans and we could pick which route we wanted to go with and then told us what the next step would be if it didn't work. They kept my dog overnight and told us they probably wouldn't need to do surgery and the next day they took X-rays and everything looked gre... read more
One of the best emergency clinics I've been to in the country. Quick, efficient and compassionate. Hope you never need an emergency vet but if you do and your in the east valley give them a try.
I literally cried all the way to the vet as I was sure my dog was dying which she was and they saved her life. They also diagnosed her with a condition we were unaware she had! Everyone was very nice. I think the cost was reasonable considering they saved my dogs life! I will go there again if I ever need after hour emergency services!
