I was so impressed by the entire staff...you could tell they all truly enjoy their jobs.I was also impressed by Lily’s vet, Kaelyn Petras. Lily wasn’t making it easy for Dr. Petras to do her exam, so she just sat down on the floor next to Lily so she could complete her exam.It looked like a fun place to work if you can handle the emotional part. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

First time to this place and the staff was awesome!! Our little Lucas was hit by a car early this morning and we found out about 6am, and we did not know what to do so we googled and this place came up and thank goodness cause they where all awesome very understanding and caring ��� thank you to you all for your service today. The staff has been so wonderful on our recent, very emotional visits. Friendly and supportive and the doctors are absolutely amazing and take the time to answer questions and go over things.
This place is the worst. Average wait is 2 hours. So much for “Emergency” �
Great experience here today! Our vet is closed on Sunday and we were unable to get in at 2 other clinics in Queen Creek that were open so we headed down to Gilbert. This place was great. Our dog’s issue was urgent but not an emergency. We didn’t have an excessive wait time, saw Dr. Caldwell who was awesome and spent plenty of time with us both asking and answering questions, and got out with an exam, testing and 2 medications in hand for under 300.00.
