Expensive? Yup. Long wait time (sometimes). Empathetic, kind, knowledgeable staff. We have used the hospital with 4 of our dogs, no complaints.

Extremely lengthy wait time. Price gouging is an understatement. To have little to no answers. I had to request antibiotics for my dog to get him through the weekend just so we could go to our local vet today. Overall, I feel that there is unethical and unprofessional conduct. To charge someone $1 per pill is asinine, and quite honestly sad. individuals bring patients there in a crisis situation and to be taken advantage of when you're already vulnerable is disheartening.

My cat broke his leg in two places and was in pain. I had to wait over two hours before my cat was even seen. And then another two hours before x-rays were taken and his leg was said. It was very difficult to sit there for almost 5 hours and watch for different people's dogs come in and be put down and watch the trauma unfolding each time. If this is one of the only emergency animal clinic's in the southeast Valley, they need to get their shit together

They more than amazing. We got lucky both times we got Dr Alexa Veale we just think she's the bomb. Unfortunately she'll be leaving the practice our loss but the gain of a lot of new vets that she will be teaching in California. Good luck Dr Veale. Kudos to all and God's Blessings Baby Griz, his momma and his daddy thank you all.
