While I'm grateful for the emergency care you provide the wait time seemed excessive with no updates unless your team are asked. Clients who bring in their animals are, for the most part very stressed out, so it's important that your staff is able to give updates or wait time estimates.

The most compassionate Vet Techs and Doctors I have ever seen in action. They were very honest from the start when Dexter was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure that he may not make it through the night, but he did. He survived a whole week and 2 days until we brought him back to put him to rest. I would recommend these people to anyone that loves their furbabies and wants them to only have the best in life and beyond. Dr. Smith, Dr. Coldwell, Stacy, Erin, Kat and the rest of the crew, from Dexter, "thank you for trying... read more

We were there for about 5 hours. A rush came in after they took my dog back for x rays and from then on it was the longest night of my life. The vet’s plan was going to cost about $2600. We decided to have then give my dog pain meds and wait for our family vet. I’m sure glad we did because our vet saw something very different than the emergency vet. They were all very nice and compassionate toward our family; however, they make sure they go the extra mile to get inside your wallet with unnecessary procedures.

Unfortunately, we had to go there for injuries that happened during way to rough play. I brought my dog there for her injuries and from the minute we walked in the door, the made me feel like my puppers was their #1 priority, while making sure everyone there felt the same way. Whole we were there, they kept my dog in back with the techs because she is really anxious around other dogs especially last night, so they let her hang with them loving on her constantly. I want shocked by the bill because I know this is an emergency ... read more

I've spent over $13,000.00 in this hell hole, and my end result was two dead fur babies. Their comment was, "it takes a lot of money to keep the lights on and the staff going". Zero concern from their office staff about the trauma your pets and you are going through. I filed a complaint with the AZ Attorney General. Never again.
