Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Not really, it wasn't very clean Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough

Bad experience with Don Hartwell. He talked a lot about himself. Was not much help to me and was very difficult to schedule follow up appointments with. He was kind, just did not seem like he knew how to help me even though I tried several session with him. He was a nice guy.
