Another one to report a poor experience with Don Hartweel. Often appears unprepared and does not follow through. He talks a LOT about himself.

I was very disappointed with Emerge Ministries when I scheduled my appointment. When I called the front desk and asked for my counselor to not wear perfume to our session (I have allergies) the receptionist was very rude. She asked, in a snotty tone, how in the world would I handle other people wearing perfume in the lobby and refused to pass on my request. Suffice to say I kept looking and found another counselor who was better educated and treated me with respect and kindness.

Was the office accommodating when booking an appointment? Very good Was the provider's staff welcoming to you? Yes Did this counselor provide a comfortable chair for you during the session? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Would you recommend this counselor to others? I Already Have Did this counselor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
