Never been to place with such sad looking employee No smiles, no laughers..not fun at this casino. Won't be coming back anytime soon

Casino is nice inside, but machines are too tight. First time there I drained out almost $500. Second time, drained my wallet of $490. Casinos in Oklahoma for the most part are too tight, hardly pays out. When they do pay out, its to a minimum. Will not go back to this casino again. I don't recommend anyone to go here unless you are looking to be disappointed. You're better off not to go here. For the size of the place, you would think that they could pay out more. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Don't waste your money. During the death of my 16 yr old son they were upset and charged me for a missed appt. Wow.
I HAVE HAD SPA TREATMENTS IN MANY CITIES AS I TRAVEL FOR WORK. EMERGE IS ON PAR WITH VEGAS, LA AND NYC. THE FACILITIES ARE AMAZING, THE STAFF GRACIOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND DISCREET. THEIR SPA MANAGER IS GORGEOUS AND ALWAYS SO WILLING TO TALK WITH YOU AND SERVE YOU. EVERYONE WHO WANTS "THE SPA" EXPERIENCE, NEEDS TO SEE THESE GIRLS.!!!!
This spa is excellent. It is the nicest spa that I have been to. The relaxation room,bath rooms,treatment rooms,massage rooms are remarkable. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Everyone should go and try Emerge out.
