Great service and communication. Lukasz came to clean our gutters, which hadn't been cleared in years. From first contacting him, he was really responsive and clear with communicating on process and price. He was very friendly, provided photos of before and after and also fixed some issues with roof tiles being out of place and a slipped downpipe. Got an invoice within the hour of the job being done and payment sorted easily. Will definitely be using Emerald Nook again.
Lukas did an amazing job! He cleaned all the windows perfectly and also did a fantastic job cleaning the gutters. He even took photos to show how the gutters looked before and after the cleaning. Very professional, reliable and friendly service. I’m really happy and will definitely use his service again. Highly recommended
What 10/10 work…found emerald on the internet as you do so get my business windows done every 2 weeks and the chemical used actually for the period. I then got 2 other buildings deep cleaned and now will only use emerald. I get live location on the start of the job which I never asked for so that’s a plus…also before and after pics of each job. Never have I questioned prices!!!!! 🧼 🧽 10/10 all round. Below was one property emerald done of mine in Huddersfield 👌
EmeraldNook have been very professional and provide a quality service. From regular scheduled window cleaning to also cleaning gutters and fascia/soffits I would definitely recommend their service.
Lukasz was spot on. He could have easily said both the front and rear gutters needed clearing but informed me with the proof of images that the rear was ok. I had a couple of roof tiles that had slipped into the gutter and Lukasz popped them back in. I was only charged for the work he actually completely.
