I was told that I'd be in by 1st of August. **** and saw them yesterday, no mention of wait list. Wow, someone beat me, why was she working on my application yesterday? This thing is shady.Lakecrest apt, ********* Street, *************** ********

**************** came into the office and inquired about a studio apartment. He was given a paper application and failed to turn it in timely. When he returned 8 days later to turn it in, the apartment had been rented by a prospect who turned in their application first. At this time, **************** is on the waitlist for another studio apartment. Thank you.

Theres nothing luxury about longridge apt. Ive reported several times about the growing of the gnats. I literally get attacked by them the moment I walk in the door. I cant even eat a sandwich without it being attacked. I cant keep food in the refrigerator and I cant cook in my kitchen. I hadnt cooked in my kitchen In months. The unpleasant staff responds by saying theres nothing they can do. I cant sleep in peace bcuz theyre also in my room and in my bed? Absolutely ridiculous!

This entire place is full of scams! Their manager in ******** stole $200 from me ********* and lied to me regarding an apartment. I seen posts how she has lied to other tenants also to get money from them! Do not go to this location in ******** ****!! ***** never get the apartment or your money back! They are scammers. Period.

The manager stated that Because I signed my dog up for a emotional support dog I only did it to get out of paying the fee

I was a previous tenant at ******************************** in ************, **** from November 2020-January 2022. I am reaching out in hopes of resolving charges and fees that have been added to my credit thus preventing me from moving to other rental units. The fees are for pets and oven dirty. My biggest concern are with the fees for pets. As stated in my rental agreement, I do not own any pets. I am waiting on someone to contact me about an unknown eviction coming up on my background from monarch investments. I lived in colonial apartments in ***** ** from 2016-2018 . Never received and eviction information. ***** from corporate told me she has no files of this. ********* from the leasing office says I dont owe a balance. This has been on my record since 2018 I have already disputed with Transuniom and the Douglas County courthouse has no file of an eviction from monarch. Do not expect to get your security deposit back. I lived alone and rarely had guest. Had the property professionally cleaned at the time of move out (I have pictures and videos of the property being in tiptop condition at the time of move out.) I was told I was charged for the property being painted and carpet being cleaned. I had the carpet cleaned when i moved out and there wasnt any ********* on the wall. This place should receive 0 stars in my honest opinion. I moved in 07/2022 & the ** has not been workin all summer. Maintenance does not do their job. The leasing office tell me they will fix something and don't fix it.
