Not returning deposit. Ignoring all my messages regarding how I can get the deposit back. The property has a broken lock and the agent has not sent anyone to fix it for over 3 months.
My partner and I rented from Embassy for half a year----they were very fair, friendly, and professional! The response time when something breaks is lightning fast too. When the faucet was dripping in October, the plumber came and fixed it within 5 hours of our first raising the issue with Matthew
Fantastic Service! Even though we ended up choosing a room/property through a different agency, that was purely based on the preferences of accommodation and tight timescales, not because of the service. Matthew was extremely helpful and made every attempt to work within our requirements and restrictions and regularly took calls out of normal working hours. If I'm ever searching in Cambridge again, they'll be my first port of call!
