I went to Ely ear care today after trying to clear my blocked ear myself and making it worse. Ali was warm friendly and understanding. After putting me at ease and explaining the procedure, Ali showed me my blocked ear, with a camera and her phone. She then quickly cleared my ear. The difference was instant and painless. I was very relieved as this had been causing me issues for several days. I would recommend Ali to anyone with a similar problem. Thanks
Been to see Ali today with impacted ear wax problem. She's amazing and a lovely lady, too! All sorted with one visit, well worth it. Thoroughly recommended.
