Visited for a massage for a trapped nerve in my shoulder. I was taking pain meds on a daily basis, couldn’t lift my arm or sleep properly. Saw the masseuse here twice, after the first visit I could stop taking pain relief but was still a little uncomfortable, on the 2nd visit the trapped nerve had completely gone. Impressed and recommend highly.

Outstanding service from initial booking, reception staff, right the way through to treatment. Having suffered from chronic back pain for many years, I am now, after just one session, already feeling so much relief. I've had pelvic pain for the last 3 years following two pregnancies and births. I saw many practitioners about it but didn't see much improvement until I saw Colette. Within a few sessions the pain had reduced considerably and my mental health was in a much better place too. I can't recommend this practice enough!
