Shocking. The telephone system is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE..... I was number 2 for 40mins. I was desperate to see or speak to anyone but by the time my call was answered 1hr 15min later, there was nothing receptionists could do except say, try again tomorrow.. Shameful
