I called today to enquire about a solicitor to witness and sign some paperwork for an application to court. The man on the phone told me I was wrong and constantly kept talking over me. When I explained this was off of the government website he basically said I hadn’t read it properly. So I went back online and was reading directly off of the government website, he still was consistently telling me I was wrong and I wouldn’t find a solicitor who would help me. Very rude!
