My first time using ELP and I wasn't disappointed. I contacted them on WhatsApp as I had a problem with my overflow which was constantly dripping. Rob came out a couple of days later and quickly discovered the issue. He ordered part and came back and fixed it no problem. He was friendly, informative and respected my property. Just had my bathroom renovated ie bath removed and shower installed. Job took a bit longer than expected due to underlying issues that had to be put right so Rob could complete the work satisfactory. Rob is an experienced, respectful and trustworthy tradesman.
I'm going to be 100% honest. I am very picky person and a perfectionist. My bathroom has been renovated fully. I felt very well supported and informed all the way through the project. My bathroom went from a very old bad looking room to a stunning environment. The job is been completed very quick, the place has been left very clean and I felt respected at all time. Had a bathroom installation. Very fast, efficient, brilliant quality. Every step explained and time estimates provided. Have recommended to friends and family.
By far the worst workman we’ve ever encountered. Almost destroyed our house during the bathroom installation then lied to cover his tracks when challenged. He threatened to walk off the job on day 2 (after stripping out the old bathroom). We wish we had let him. I now list some of the issues (there were many, many more) below. Failed to turn up on day 1, late on day 2 and disappeared for hours on end regularly.
