Andrew was amazing throughout the whole process. We went back to the property we were purchasing a couple of times, to take extra pictures of the house and to measure bits and bobs. Andrew was always available to answer any questions through text or call and also to chase anyone to speed up the process and ensure we exchanged and completed smoothly. This is my 3rd time buying a property, Andrew was by far the best agent I've dealt with.

I have just exchanged on the sale of my flat through another agent after initially listing it with Elms Price. I completely appreciate there is only so much they can do to find a buyer but I found the communication to be poor as soon as the flat hit the market and after six weeks without a single viewing or enquiry and little contact from the agent, I didn’t trust I’d ever get sold.
