As a landlord, i would advise you to be very careful or further more, avoid Elms Price. They do not disclose full information and when you try to get hold of them, they do not get back to you unless you constantly chase I was dealing with Jake re my property. The tenancy agreement was expiring and Jake advised me to agree to a rolling contract. The very first thing i asked was if i would have to pay a fee as if so, i wanted to agree a 12 month contract. Made my first call with Elms Price late last Friday to enquire about a rental property. They got me in Monday and I’ve just found out I got the house today. As a single mum, I’ve had lots of dismissive estate agents. Elms are attentive, they really listen and they go above and beyond. This was a no stress experience for me and I’m forever grateful to Martin and Jake for their expertise and kindness. I can’t fault them.
