Sam at Elms is everything that the stereotypical second hand car dealer is not. Great service, honest and reliable. The car we bought developed a fault after 3 months, totally unforeseen and just one of those things, we contacted Elms and Sam supported us and got it sorted on our behalf. Many businesses could take a leaf out of Elms book for after sale service and commitment to honour warranties. Highly recommended.

Great experience with Sam. He has a great temperament with people and lets you get on with looking over a car and making your own decision, but also very attentive when required, and ensuring you’re pleased with your purchase. Top man and cars a dream to date!
