My granddaughter (age 7) went to the ER and the Dr set her broken arm incorrectly. She had to return and be put under so the Drs could reset it BUT they certainly charged her for everything! Made phone calls for the hospital to send forms to the insurance company but they never did it. Why do we have to keep calling to get them to do their jobs!!! Terrible service!

Everything fir me was the best on everything
If I need to have an MRI or other test done. I just go to the department and the information is in the computer so I don’t have to worry about paperwork. With the computer programming that Elmhurst Hospital uses I can go online and make an appointment,ask questions to ANY DOCTOR that I have seen. Also request prescription refills. Besides the main hospital they have satellite offices near the Main Hospital for easy access about other things. With Elmhurst Hospital I am not just a piece of paper!
