Staff was rude. No one knew what they were doing.
GREAT BIRTH EXPERIENCE!!!! These nurses care! My wife recently gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. The nursing team in labor and delivery, triage, and the subsequent post delivery 2 day care were exceptional! Gianna, a nurse in labor and delivery helped calm our nerves and reassured us during our doubts. She even stayed late on a Friday night to see our birth to completion! Top notch, thank you Gianna and team!
4 west staff Rocks!! This includes respiratory, PT and kitchen staff. Everyone was kind, concerned and professional, I wish I could remember all your names but everyone I came in contact with helped me feel safe and in good hands.

Amazing care from everyone at the hospital! I did not realize that when I arrived at the ER I was having a life threatening event and was immediately admitted, quickly diagnosed and out of an emergency procedure that saved my within just a few hours after arrival. The doctors, nurses and the rest of the staff could not have been more kind, more attentive and comforting. I would highly recommend Elmhurst Hospital!
Terrible experience they didn’t have my appointment in the computer even though I made the appointment they didn’t have me down for bloodwork even though I made that appointment I had to go upstairs to Dr. Paleis office to redo an appointment for blood work and that made me late for my echocardiogram and after the bloodwork the lady took me to get the echocardiogram took me to the wrong department

My day and night shift nurses were wonderful and gave me excellent care during my hospital stay. Everything else was a subpar experience. Upon entering the ER, no one screened my caregiver for Covid--no temperature check, no questions asked. We were asked to remove our cloth masks and replace them with surgical masks, yet the ER doctor and several other ER workers were wearing cloth masks.
