Receptionist are busy on there mobiles.You can never get a appointment.Been over dosed on calcium deficiency tablets.i was meant too have a review 2020 for my medication.Nevet got a review.Thankfully I moved out of the area and changed my doctor's.
Very helpful and professional
Trying to get an appointment is ridiculous. Ring at the time the surgery opens, you are not even placed in a queue, asked by automatic answering service to ring back later. Got a letter from the surgery to come in for a check-up with the nurse. Cancelled me twice and tried to send me to other surgeries within the trust. I can't believe how hard it is to get an appointment. The easiest way is to have an e consultant, but this is only available between 3.30 and 4. Every time I’ve contacted the surgery for an appointment I’ve been offered one within the next few days or the same day. Doctors are friendly I had a consultation with Dr Akinyosoye and she was very helpful and caring.
Staff do the best they can although surgery practices need an overhaul
