Lovely experience! Went in for a simple checkup as an alternative to my usual and the receptionist was lovely as well as my dentist. Whole booking process and appointment went very smoothly. Would recommend.

Wow lousy customer service, I need a emergency dentist as my one is on Hoilday and his partner is ill, Went in there at 4pm on a Saturday, The sign on the door says Saturday closes at 8pm, Google 5pm, Met a very rude, receptionist/nurse, who informed they were closed, I replied your sign says 8pm, the response I got was that was our old closing times before Covid!! I asked what time do you close now... REPLY WAS WE ARE CLOSED NOW!! Great people skills!!!
