Lovely warm welcome and homely feel where my husband (currently in respite care there) is cared for in an exemplary manner. It is obvious that the staff really care for their patients / clients and we made several surprise visits so we knew that this is how they are all the time. The staff have a great relationship with each dementia sufferer and are very understanding, being fully trained to deal with situations that may arise.
