Jeff the tech from Elm came to our rescue practîcally in the middle of the night. He was very efficient and polite. our furnace would not stay lit! Jeff diagnosed the problem and had it running again in no time at all! I will definately recommend Elm to all my friends.

Elm Heating and Cooling came to our rescue on the coldest day of the winter! Our furnace of 20 years died and the Service men Mike D. and Dave arrived at our house that morning and put in a new furnace for us. It was freezing in the house and especially the basement where they were working. They were very pleasant and efficient and did an excellent job. Our boiler gave out late Sunday night, and first thing Monday morning we called Elm. They have been servicing our boiler for several years and we have always gotten very good service. Matt N and Phil delivered and installed a new boiler and we were back up and running that afternoon. We wanted it moved, they did that. We wanted some old gas pipe that was part of the old system changed and they did that too (at no extra charge). Matt N and Phil were very courteous and nice guys.
