Absolutely shocking service. The staff are clearly not suited to engaging with the public as not a single one of them seems to know how to smile let alone speak with any level of friendliness or professionalism. Rude, condescending, unapproachable and full of attitude. I dont think I've ever come across any place where the lack of customer service training has been so evident.
